Troubleshooting
No result returned. Check for VIN typos first — a single wrong character pulls the wrong record or nothing at all. Zeros vs. the letter O and ones vs. I are the most common errors.
Vehicle too new. GM typically publishes sticker data within a few weeks of production. If the vehicle was recently built, try again in a week or two.
Pre-2012 vehicles. Digital sticker records generally aren't available for Chevy and GMC vehicles built before 2012.
